NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000219ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JUANA MEJIA; GLENDALE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR AMPRO MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF UNITED FINANCIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of January, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 3, BUILDING 21032, OF GLENDALE VILLAS, A CONDOMIMIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6840, PAGE 427, AND SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO SETFORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
