Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. on December 23, 2011 in Civil Case No. 29-2009-CA-023973, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, ADOLFO L. CARRILES; ANDREA CAROLINA TORRES F/K/A ANDREA C. CARRIES; REGENCY KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCAITION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 2 PM at on January 23, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 28, REGENCY KEY TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE ALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
