NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009CA023953 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and LEONARDO LANGONE; KARINA LANGONE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR EXPRESS CAPITAL LENDING, THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE n/k/a VANDA WILLIAMS, JOHN DOE n/k/a TONY JONES are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E.
