NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered on December 28, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-014092 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED-CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE10, is Plaintiff, and, FILSINGER, BRIAN A., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2 pm, on the 31 day of January, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, THE BLUFFS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
