Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 22, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK-SECTION 9, UNIT 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART THEREOF; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8 AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 88°37'30” WEST, 35.26 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 83°18'00” WEST 33.18 FEET; THENCE NORTH 81°33'30” WEST, 32.14 FEET TO A POINT MARKING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE EAST ALONG THE LINE OF DIVISION BETWEEN THE AFOREMENTIONED LOTS 7 AND 8, 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 7404 OVERBROOK DR, TAMPA, FL 33634; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on February 27th, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
