ARDELEAN, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at , Florida, at the hour of 2pm, on the 2 day of February, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 99, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
