NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure sale dated December 22nd, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 07-CA-016384 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 23 day of January, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 1, OF HICKORY WOODS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
