NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed December 22nd, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-000255 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL B. FURLONG, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 am at 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa,, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT (S) 35, BLOCK 2 OF BLOOMINGDALE, SECTION F, UNIT 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 74 ET SEQ. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
