NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2011, and entered in 29-2009-CA-006366 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and MUSTAFA RIDHA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MUSTAFA A. RIDHA; JOHN DOE N/K/A THOMAS KING are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 800 East Twiggs Street, 2ND FLOOR, ROOM 201/202, TAMPA, FL 33602 beginning at 2:00 p.m. on February 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOTS 15, 16, 17 AND 18, BLOCK 5, AND THE WEST 12.5 FEET OF LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 5 OF TAMPA TOURIST CLUB SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ROAD (VERMONT DRIVE) ABUTTING ON THE NORTH.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
