Unit Week No. 32 in Condominium Parcel No. 119 of WHITE SANDS OF LONGBOAT CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 986, Pages 3300, as thereafter amended, as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Page 194, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly Martinson Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
