NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 28, 2011 , entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-018571, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICNG, LP is Plaintiff, and CONNIE C. PUTMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CONNIE C. PUTNAM IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ROBERT E. FERLITA; FAIROAKS SOUTH, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2pm, on the January 31, 2012, located at on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 31, BUILDING X OF FAIROAKS SOUTH TWO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 1, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOK 3863, PAGE 494 THROUGH 525 AND AMENDED BY DECLARATION RECORDED JANUARY 15, 1982 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3902, PAGE 1, AND IN DECLARATION OF RECORDED IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3804 N OAK DR UNIT X31, TAMPA, FL 33611.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
