NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51 2011 CA 000652 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and MARYANN PASSARELLA A/K/A MARYANN VERDI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARYANN PASSARELLA A/K/A MARYANN VERDI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THOUSAND OAKS PHASES 2-5 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 164, THOUSAND OAKS PHASES 2-5, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 84 THROUGH 93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
