NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-000092-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC is Plaintiff and CAESAR O. TRUJILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAESAR O. TRUJILLO; GRAND OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 1, OF GRAND OAKS PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
