NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-008994WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and DONALD L. HUDGINS A/K/A DONALD L. HUDGINS, JR; ERIKA HUDGINS A/K/A ERIKA L. HUDGINS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
