NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 12th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-07608, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT. is the Plaintiff and EULALIA QUINONES; SAWMILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; JANE DOE, JOHN DOE; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EULALIA QUINONES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of January, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, SAWMILL PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 32 THROUGH 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
