NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-020525-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4C is Plaintiff and MONIKA MARIA SCHMIDT A/K/A MONIKA SCHMIDT; ROBERT SPENCER SCHMIDT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VICTORIA PLACE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, VICTORIA PLACE UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 113 AND 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
