Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 35, BLOCK E, SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 60, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7924 Leicester Drive, Naples, FL 34104, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on February 1, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
