YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment to construe a Certificate of Title and to determine the ownership of a mobile home having Vehicle Identification Numbers of 4651 and 4651L and being located in Manatee County, Florida has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to such action on Jennifer M. LaRocco, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Barnes Walker, Goethe, & Hoonhout, Chartered, 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, on or before FEBRUARY 7, 2012 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
