NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed December 27, 2011, and entered in 37-2009-CA-065969 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.,, is a Plaintiff and KENNETH W. FRAZIER A/K/A KENNETH W. FRAIZER, JR. are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on January 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 & 4, BLOCK 25, OAKLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
