NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed December 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-20077 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein in, the Clerk, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on FEBRUARY 22, 2012, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 3, in Block 42, of Heitman's Bonita Springs Townsite, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 24, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and cerTYFING the sale and title that shall be ASSESSED as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
