NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale filed the 22 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-051502, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. MCCLURE, FOREST LAKE ASSOCIATES, A FLORIDA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, FOREST LAKE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
