NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 14th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-008557, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and MAYRA IBARRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAYRA IBARRA; RAMONA CASTILLO; Unknown spouse of Ramona Castillo; JANE DOE; THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK “A”, SHARP & TURNER'S ADDITION TO BRADENTOWN, FLORIDA ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 296, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
