NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-051529 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and JAQCOLE, LLC, KAULBARS LAWNS, INC., JEFFREY KAULBARS, KELLY KAULBARS, BRANCH BANKING & TRUST COMPANY; HITACHI CAPITAL AMERICA CORP, ISUZU FINANCE OF AMERICA, INC, GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION; and ESTERO PARK COMMONS BUILDINGS ONE & TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the full amount of the bid payable on the same day of sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on January 20, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property to wit:
