NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 28 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-051110, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and LAUREN REDEKER, VENETIAN PALMS OF FT. MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAUREN REDEKER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 902, IN BUILDING 09, OF VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000027321, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
