NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002809, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8 is Plaintiff and RICHARD G. MCNALLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD G. MCNALLY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4193, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1156, PAGE 198, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 72 THROUGH 76, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
