NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling THE January 3, 2011 Foreclosure Sale filed January 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-052370 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and Jorge Ortega, The Greens at Fountain Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 3 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 102, BUILDING 3100, THE GREENS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2005000101868, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
