Final Judgement was awarded on March 22, 2011 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-013448, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUSTEE COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN tRUST 2006-FF11, is the Plaintiff and TERESA DICKSON; OSCAR ESCOBAR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC; JANE DOE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on February 3, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 28, UNIT 3, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
