Final Judgement was awarded on August 24, 2009 in Civil Case No. 362008CA0232960001CH, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL PITTNER; unknown spouse of daniel pittner; washington mutual bank; home123 corporation; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.

LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 3461, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 85, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
