NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Final Judgment filed October 4, 2010, and entered in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, In And For Lee County, Florida, Case No. 08-CA-001300 wherein National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Daniel D. Norton and Cynthia Norton, Husband and Wife; and R. Fry Builders, Inc., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Beginning at 9:00 AM at www.leerealforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes the 3 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Lot 2, Block 6, Unit 1, Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof, on file in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 19, Public Records of Lee County, Florida (hereinafter “Subject Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
