NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 19, 2010 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000420 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF1 is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL ALVARADO; JUAN ALVARADO; DONNA A ANAYA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN SERVICES, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
