NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed January 4, 2012, and entered in 36-2009-CA-069632 DI of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and JESSE T. Martin are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on February 3, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 1919, CAPE CORAL UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 101 TO 111, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
