NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed January 3, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-057972 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-6, Plaintiff and Jean Casseus and Marie Casseus, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, February 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 17, 18 AND 19, AND THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 20, BLOCK 1, RIOVISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 2, OF the public RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
