NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed January 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-057393 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff, and Carl Infiesto a/k/a Carl Stephen Infiesto a/k/a Carl S. Infiesto and Cynthia M. Infiesto, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES February 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lots 37 and 38, block 4365, cape coral subdivision, unit 63, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 21, page 48 through 81, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
