NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 4 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-061018, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and DONNIE HOOVER, LEGENDS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR OAK STREET MORTGAGE LLC, THORNBERRY II OF LEGENDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., THORNBERRY OF LEGENDS COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC., DENA HOOVER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
