NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 4 day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-060398, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and TIFFANY L. MITCHELL A/K/A T. MITCHELL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, DUSTIN C. CRIMMINS, MARIETTA B. CRIMMINS, JAMES R. MCCARTHY, LINDA L. MCCARTHY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING PORTION OF LOT 11; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 11, BLOCK 8, OF THE CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS VALENCIA TERRACE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
