Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed January 4, 2012, in Case No. 11-CA-050192, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which PREFERRED COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and CHURCH FAMILY HOLDINGS, L.L.C., A Florida administrative dissolved limited liability company; EVENTZ, INC., a Florida administratively dissolved corporation; RODGER T. CHURCH; TINA M. CHURCH f/k/a TINA HINSPETER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; GARFOLD, LLC; and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on February 3, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the northwesterly 120 feet of Lot 3, Block B of Lee County Industrial Park, a Subdivision in Section 1, Township 46 South, Range 24 East, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 94 and 95 of the Lee County, Florida Public Records. Being more particularly described as follows:

From the most Westerly corner of Lot 3, Block B of said subdivision; thence N 58 degrees 28' East along the northwesterly boundary of said Lot 3 for 95.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 58 degrees 28' East non-radially for 244.55 feet to a curve, concave southwesterly having a radius of 1,399.40 feet and whose radius point bears S 42 degrees 18' 56” West; thence southeasterly along the arc of said curve and the southwesterly right of way (33.0 feet from centerline) of (old) U.S. 41 for 123.51 feet; thence S 58 degrees 28' West, parallel with said north boundary for 273.74 feet; thence north 31 degrees 32' West for 120.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The following property of Defendants, CHURCH FAMILY HOLDINGS, L.L.C., EVENTZ, INC., RODGER T. CHURCH and TINA M. CHURCH, located at the above-referenced property and elsewhere:

All debtor's inventory of every kind, type or description, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including returned or repossessed goods, and any chattel paper or accounts arising from the sale or lease of Inventory, and proceeds thereof; where ever located. All debtor's equipment, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including any and all accessories, attachments, parts and replacements thereto, and proceeds thereof; where ever located. All debtor's accounts, whether now existing or hereafter arising or acquired, whether or not earned by performance; all chattel paper owned by Debtor arising from conversion of accounts, and all accounts hereafter acquired by Debtor, as well as returned or repossessed goods, and proceeds thereof; where ever located. All debtor's fixtures of every kind, type or description, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, including returned or repossessed goods, and any chattel paper or accounts arising from the sale or lease of inventory, and proceeds thereof; where ever located. These goods are affixed (or will be affixed) to real property more specifically described as 2180 Andrea Lane, Suite 1, Ft. Myers, FL 33912, thence to 16170 Old US 41, Fort Myers, FL 33912.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
