NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Partial Summary Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of February, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 33, 34, 35 and 36, Block 46, Unit No. 3, FORT MYERS SHORES, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, pages 25 through 28, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
