NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed December 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-018756 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the CertificateHolders CWALT, INC., ALternative Loan Trust 2006-20CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-20CB, Plaintiff and Milagros Puello are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, on January 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 192, OLYMPIA POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 84, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
