NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 1413, as shown on Condominium Plat of SCOTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM II, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 94 through 96, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. And being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 5204, Page 2138 through 2196, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1250 Sutherland Court, #1413, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
