NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014934 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 7th day of February, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 3, SECTION A, DUNEDIN ISLES COUNTRY CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
