NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-001052-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and George Pfoertner are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 66, CAROLINA TERRACE ANNEX, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
