NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-011694-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Janet K. Niekamp a/k/a Janet Niekamp and Donald S. Niekamp a/k/a Don Niekamp, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 173, BOOT RANCH - EAGLE WATCH - PHASE C REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 64 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
