NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated December 21, 2011, and entered in 52-2009-CA-013674 - of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and AVDYL KODRA; BRUZHDIJE DODRA AKA BRUZHDIJE; DISSTON REGENCY APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION; INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 02, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 308, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF DISSTION REGENCY APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2920 PAGE 680, ET SEQ., AND TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE AMENDED, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
