YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Apartment 505 as shown on the Condominium Plat of St. James, a Condominium Plat of St. James, a Condominium, according to Condo Plat Book 20, Pages 62-64, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed December 27, 1974 in Official Record Book 4245, Pages 1577-1634, amended in Official Record Book 4341, Page 1677 and in Official Record Book 4389, Page 643, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereof and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with any improvements thereon erected.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., L.P.A., whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is February 13, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
