YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
Situate in the County of Pinellas and the State of Florida, to-wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 203, Building 705 as shown on Condominium Plat of Village Lake, a Condominium according to Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 11 through 27 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed March 21, 1979, in OR Book 4846, Page 395, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with those common interests described in the Declaration of Condominium and bylaws, including amendments, if any recorded at Book 4846, Page 395 of the aforesaid county records.
More commonly known as 705 South Village Drive North 203, Saint Petersburg, FL 33716
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., L.P.A., whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is February 13, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
