Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated January 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 11-004843-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT1 Trust, Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. ELLIS, JR., et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel consisting of Unit No. 2-C, Building No. 2, CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUMS, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUMS, recorded in O.R. Book 4453, Pages 1410 to 1468, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and according to he plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23,Pages 16 to 24, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
