ARSCOTT-DOUGLAS A/K/A CHELSA ARSCOTT, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 1426, THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGE 2117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
