JOHNS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 202, OF VICTORIA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14605, AT PAGE 1712 THROUGH 1775, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 7 THROUGH 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of May, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
