NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated December 15, 2011, and entered in 2009 CA 007707 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-R10, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-R10, is the Plaintiff and ROGER ALLEN EITNER; PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOICIATION; INC.; COLONIAL BANK; N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 01, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102, PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 16 TO 19 INCLUSIVE, AND AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5086, PAGES 615 TO 655 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
