NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-020129, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and STEPHANIE L ALLEN; DAFOE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN, INC.; ROYAL YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NORTH, INC; ALAN LANCE ALLEN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of January, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 303 OF CALADESI COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR 6578,PG 1654 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTSTHEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK97, PG 44, PUB RECORDS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
